Air India Elite Status is difficult to earn as it takes many flights. However, Air India is running a status accelerator promotion for all new members. This information is only available on Air India’s Twitter handle. This is a good promotion if you already have an upcoming flight on Air India.

To complete the second condition, you must enrol as a “Flying Returns” member via this link between 8 March 2024 and 15 March 2024 and make a revenue flight by 31 March 2024. Once you have enrolled and taken a revenue flight, you will be upgraded to Air India’s “Silver Edge Club Member.”
If you already have an Air India flight by 31st March, you should enrol if you are not already enrolled. Another promotion is on new enrollment, where you may receive a discount code. You can get 7% on domestic and 10% on International flights. However, blackout dates are applicable.

If you are not a Flying Return member, you should enrol using the above link. Existing members with zero activity may also want to consider this promotion. To give you perspective, it takes a lot of flights to earn a Flying Return Silver Status. So, this is quite a generous offer.
