Marriott Bonvoy HDFC Bank Diners Credit Card is one of my favourites. Even though I don’t use this card, I still get decent value out of this card. However, this promotion for 5x Points is a great way to earn loads of Marriott Bonvoy Points using the Marriott Bonvoy HDFC Bank Diners Credit Card.

Basics
Usually, when spending at Marriott Hotels, you earn 8 Points per INR 150 on Marriott Bonvoy HDFC Bank Credit Card. However, there is a monthly limit of INR 10 Lakh spending, for which you earn 8 Points.
This card usually gives 4 points per INR 150 spent on travel, dining, and entertainment up to a monthly spending limit of INR 5 Lakhs.
Until 30th November 2024, you will earn 5x points on spending at Marriott Hotels, Travel, Dining & Entertainment. So, you earn 40 points at Marriott Points and 20 Points on travel, dining & entertainment.
However, a monthly limit of 2 Lakh applies to spending at Marriott Hotels and INR 1 Lakh on spending at Travel, Dining & Entertainment.
How many points can you earn?
As there is monthly capping in this promotion, you can earn a maximum of 53320 Marriott Bonvoy Points in a month. However, for stays at Marriott Hotels, you also earn a base of 10 points per $. There could also be other points-earning opportunities.

Why should you use the Marriott Bonvoy HDFC Bank Card now?
Usually, you should use an Axis Atlas Credit Card to stay at hotels. However, this promotion gives a 16% value as I value Marriott Bonvoy Points at 0.60 paise per point. And, on travel spending, you get an 8% reward rate. Plus, on INR 6 Lakh spending in a year, you also get one 15K Points free night award (FNA) on this card.
With this promotion, you can load up Marriott Bonvoy Points; however, there are many ways to earn Marriott Bonvoy Points in India, including American Express Platinum Travel Credit Card.
