What is Homes & Villas by Marriott?
Homes & Villas by Marriott is similar to Airbnb, but here, you also earn points and elite night credit for stays. Typically, the property owner lists their property on multiple rental booking portals, including Marriott. So, the rental rate on Marriott’s site doesn’t need to be cheaper. But this is where such promotions come in handy.
Earn 2x Marriott Bonvoy Bonus Points Basics

- As a Marriott Bonvoy member, you earn five base points for every $1.
- With this promotion, you will get 10 (5 base & 5 Bonus points) for every $ spent.
- However, registration for the promotion is mandatory.
- Book by: 25th September 2025
- Minimum Night Stays: 3+ Night Rentals
- Stay Dates: Between 11th August 2025 and 31st December 2025.
- No Minimum Spend Criteria.
- With another promotion, you get a 10% discount on cash stays. The 10% discount promotion is also valid on award stays. A minimum 2-night stay is required, with no registration required.

Exclusions
- Charges such as taxes, booking fees, cleaning fees, security deposits, and extra add-on services purchased and/or applied to home rentals are excluded from calculating spending.
- Marriott Participating Brand Residences are not part of this promotion.
- Home rentals booked through third-party online retailers are ineligible to earn for this promotion.
- Award redemption stays in which Points are redeemed for a portion or the entire stay are not eligible for the promotion.
- No points are awarded for cancellations or no-shows.
Other Key Terms
- A “stay” is defined as three (3) or more consecutive nights spent at the same property, regardless of check-in and check-out activity.
- Registration is a must.
- The points will be credited within 72 hours after the completion of the stay.
- If you have set up your Marriott account to earn miles, you will not earn bonus points under this promotion.
