Where is Song Hong Business Lounge Located?
Song Hong Business Lounge is located a floor above the departures after the security check. After you complete your security check, take a right and reach gate number 28. The Elevators will be on your right. You will find two lounges as you take the elevators and reach the fourth floor. Song Hong Business Lounge is on the left side, whereas Vietnam Airlines Lotus Lounge is on the right.
How to access Song Hong Business Lounge Hanoi?
Many airlines use Song Hong Business Lounge for their business class travellers. Priority Pass holders can also access this lounge. As usual, I was flying Vietnam Airlines Economy Class on its A321 and had no lounge access. However, I used the Priority Pass I received with HDFC Infinia to access it. I had to give my Priority Pass and Boarding Pass, and access was given. You can also use Dreamfolks and Dinners Club cards to access it.
Ambience & Views
The Ambience at Song Hong Business Lounge is positive. There is ample sunshine and views of the runways and airfields, which makes the lounge feel great overall.
You can see the aircraft take off and land correctly if you choose the seat.
Wi-Fi
Song Hong Business Lounge also has Wi-Fi that is accessible with a password. The speed was top-notch, and it was working all the time.
Song Hong Business Lounge Food
International Lounges offer limited Vegetarian Options. Song Hong Business Lounge also had vegetarian options. A good thing was that each food had a sign indicating whether it was vegan or contained eggs or meat.
The number of options was limited but sufficient. The food was tasty. I ate sauteed mixed vegetables in curry sauce twice.
There was steamed rice, too, but I skipped it this time.
However, I took some salad and fruit.
You also have the option of packed beverages.
There is a bar at the end of the lounge, too, if you are interested in alcohol or mocktails. I went with mocktails and it was amazing.
Song Hong Business Lounge Shower Room
The Song Hong Business Lounge also have showers. However, the same is accessible only when placing a request. There were four showers available in the Shower Room.

Song Hong Business Lounge is a good option for spending time at Hanoi International Airport. There are good food options, and they are delicious. You can also view the runway to see the big birds. Overall, it is a good lounge at Hanoi International Airport.
