Review: The Coral Finest Business Class Lounge (Cocoon)[BKK]

I travelled via Bangkok on Thai Airways Business Class to Singapore for my Vietnam Trip. During that time, I couldn’t visit any lounges. However, if you are travelling through Bangkok, you have a number of lounge options accessible using a priority pass. This time, I had a layover for my flight back to Delhi from Jakarta via Bangkok on Thai Airways. I already had great food & time at a lounge in Jakarta and was excited to visit another lounge. I chose to visit Coral Finest Business Class Lounge (Cocoon) as my flight was flying from Concourse C. Overall, Coral Finest Business Class Lounge (Cocoon) lounge had a great ambience, dining area, and decent food but okaish drinks, including okaish coffee. The ambience is definitely premium and has a relaxing atmosphere.

The Coral Finest Business Class (Cocoon) at Bangkok can be accessed using a Priority Pass. You can visit this lounge even if you are flying economy using a Priority Pass. Some airlines, like ANA, EVA Air, Saudia, StarLux, and VietJet, offer this lounge for Business Class passengers.

Ambience & Views

The ambience of The Coral Finest Business Class Lounge Lounge is really good. It is pleasing. I just found out that I didn’t take any pictures of the ambience. But, it was great.

The Coral Finest Business Class Lounge (Cocoon) Lounge Food

The food options are squeezed into a small space of the lounge. It didn’t felt cramped at that time. However, may feel crowded if the number of travellers increases.

There were breads and sandwiches. However, I had chickpeas and tofu with rice and later coffee. The coffee was okay, not as good as it was in Jakarta. The rice with chickpeas was just fine, nothing exceptional. However, the feel of the lounge is good.

The yoghurt was really good here.

There is a separate section for the Bar. However, as I don’t drink, I didn’t check the drink menu, though you can have mocktails as well.

Coral Finest Business Class Lounge (Cocoon) Lounge Shower & Massage

You also get a 15 complimentary shoulder massage at this lounge. However, that would be subject to availability. The shower facility & cinema is also available, however, prior booking is required & is chargeable.

Coral Finest Business Class Lounge (Cocoon) Lounge at Bangkok Airport is a decent lounge with a great ambience and okaish food. It is a good place if you want to spend time for a layover or for a few hours just for the ambience and decent views.
