AMEX is back with a reward multiplier promotion. However, this time, you will earn 25 Points for every INR 100. The Amex 25 Points offer is better than 24 points in 2024, 23 in 2023 & 22 in 2022. This offer is valid from 27th Jan 2025 and till 31st Jan 2025. Here is how it works.

How does it work?
- You must visit “Reward Multiplier“.
- Choose the brand or website you want to purchase from.
- Click on the website link; you will be directed to enter your Amex card details.
- Enter your card details, and you will be directed to the brand website.
- Purchase with your Amex card and earn 25 points for every INR 100 spent from 27th Jan to 31st Jan 2025.
- The maximum Points that can be earned in a month via reward multiplier is 25000.

- American Express Platinum Travel Credit Card
- American Express Platinum Reserve Credit Card
Exclusions

- Voucher purchases on Reward Multiplier are excluded from this promotion.
You should also check for other exclusions for each partner you use.
Maximum Earning
- A customer can earn 25000 Bonus Points via Reward Multiplier in any given month. This cap is on account and not card-specific. So, if you have met this threshold by 26rd Jan 2025, you will not earn any more bonus points on purchases via reward multiplier this month.
- This 25000 Bonus Points limit is also applicable for this promotion, but not separately.
PS: Bonus Points will be credited in 120 Business Days. In Case of Etihad Airways, points will be credited within 150 days from availing the service.
How to Maximize this offer?
There are three options to maximize this promotion further.
- Amex Spend-Based offer:
- The Amex Spend Based Offer is card-specific, targeted, and requires Enrollment.
- You should have received an email from Amex about this promotion stating the total amount to be spent for earning vouchers. So, check if you have the same card that is eligible for both promotions and enrol in the spend-based promotion before shopping.
- My Amex Platinum Travel was targeted and, however, not eligible for this promotion.
- CashBack on Apple:
- If you have been eyeing Apple Products, this may be a time to use your Amex card.
- However, do note that reward points for shopping via reward multiplier are given on specific products, so do check that.
- Cashback varies by product, so verify the same when entering your card details.
- Note that you will earn points only at net value after reversal or cashback.
- Use the Amex Platinum Travel Credit Card to reach milestones and earn bonus points.
Things Before you Shop
- You should clear Your browsers cookies/cache before logging;
- You should enable cookies in Your browser settings;
- You should ensure that You start shopping with an empty cart;
- You should ensure that You are not using incognito or private browsing mode; and
- You should not open any other coupon or price comparison sites in the same browser after being redirected from Reward Multiplier to the merchant’s website/platform.

The Amex Reward Multiplier offer is excellent if you don’t have other big Cards from HDFC or Axis. With this offer, you can earn a significant number of points. Overall, it is a great offer to earn lots of points.
